SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Suffolk Police have arrested three people after a man claimed he was jumped more than once and his wallet was stolen.

Diana Klink with the City of Suffolk told WAVY.com officers responded to Lake Kennedy Park around 3 p.m. Monday for a report of a fight. When they arrived, they found the victim with a torn, bloody shirt.

The victim told officers he was jumped in the 1300 block of East Washington Street just two hours prior by one suspect, and several others joined in. His wallet was taken out of his pocket during the altercation, and he was able to flee the scene.

The same suspects jumped him again at Lake Kennedy Park, which is where he was found. Klink said the victim was transported to Sentara Obici Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Three suspects were identified as Brian Edward Johnson, 22, Tishon O’shay Madison, 19, and Keon Deonte Everett, 21. All are charged with robbery. Additionally, Everett's brother Kavon Devonte Everett, 20, has been charged with assault and battery.
