CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) - Police say two men almost got away with stealing 26 cartons of cigarettes from a local 7-Eleven until they got into a scuffle with a clerk.
According to Kelly O'Sullivan with the Chesapeake Police Department, two men entered a 7-Eleven in the 3700 block of Indian River Drive shortly before 9 p.m. on Sept. 15.
