HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - Hampton Police have arrested two teens in connection to the city's first homicide of 2013.
Sgt. Jason Price with the Hampton Police Division said officers arrested a 16-year-old male and an 18-year-old male in connection to the shooting death of James Terrell Williams.
Williams was gunned down in the 600 block of Homestead Avenue on Jan. 4
While the 18-year-old suspect is now considered an adult, his name is not being released because he was a juvenile when the crime occurred, Price said.
Both have been charged with murder, robbery and two counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
