VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Virginia Beach Police have arrested two men in connection to a credit card theft at a local hotel.
Thomas Everingham and Christopher Rogers are charged with three counts of grand larceny, credit card theft, credit card fraud and conspiracy to commit grand larceny.
Jimmy Barnes with the Virginia Beach Police Department said the victim’s credit card was stolen from the coat room at the Hilton located in the 3100 block of Atlantic Avenue during a reception on March 3.
The suspects left the hotel and used the card at a 7-Eleven, Target and K-Mart in Hilltop.
