VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Virginia Beach Police say a sexual assaulted reported Tuesday morning has been deemed unfounded.
Jimmy Barnes with the Virginia Beach Police Department told WAVY.com the incident occurred near a wooded area at the intersection of Ash Avenue and Thalia Station Drive.
The victim was not able to describe the suspect, Barnes said.
Barnes told WAVY.com shortly after 4 p.m. the same day the assault was unfounded.
