Puppy stolen from VB pet store

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Beach police are looking for a man who stole a French Bulldog Puppy from Puppyville on Holland Road this past weekend.

Police told WAVY.com a two-month-old, cream colored, male puppy with a white marking on his forehead was stolen from the store at around eight o'clock Saturday night.

A store employee said the man seen in the surveillance photo to the left walked into the store, played with the dog for awhile and then just walked out.

"We let him have the dog, play with it for a little bit, and then I went to close up in the back and lock the doors and everything like that and then while I was in the back, he just ran out the front door and flew off," Puppyville employee Patrick Kramm explained.

Patrick is concerned about the puppy because it still needs shots and care from a vet.

The puppy is worth over $2,000.
