Police: Dropped credit card stolen

Virginia Beach, Va. (WAVY) - Police say a victim believes they dropped a credit card in the parking lot of a Shell gas station in the 3100 block of Holland Road, and says the card was then stolen and used at various locations.
Grazia Moyers with the Virginia Beach Police Department says the victim learned the card was used at that gas station, as well as grocery stores around the area.
Jimmy Barnes also with the Virginia Beach Police Department says the two suspects were identified and located on July 19.
