Piano teacher indicted for sex abuse

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - A Virginia Beach piano teacher was indicted Monday for allegedly sexually abusing a 14-year-old boy.

William Eugene Bernstein, 37, was arrested last October. Monday, he was indicted on charges of aggravated sexual battery.

Grazia Moyers with the Virginia Beach Police Department told WAVY.com last year officers were notified of the abuse Oct. 9 and that the abuse occurred multiple times in the victim's family's home over several months. Police said Bernstein would visit the victim's home once a week for piano lessons.
