Hayes Ave. homicide vic ID'd

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) - Police say one male gunshot victim was found lying on the ground on a Virginia Beach street Friday afternoon.
According to Grazia Moyers with the Virginia Beach Police Department, crews responded to a gunshot call in the 700 block of Hayes Avenue just after 2 p.m.
Moyers said the shooting is being investigated as a homicide. The victim, Charles Stephen Boston, 24, was taken to a local hospital and pronounced dead a short time later. Boston, 24, was found on the same block of Hayes Avenue that he lived on.
