Mom, boyfriend charged in baby's death

ISLE OF WIGHT, Va. (WAVY) - Deputies say a mother and her former boyfriend have been arrested on charges of child abuse and neglect that led to the death of a 4-month-old infant.
According to Kristin Wilda with the Isle of Wight Sheriff's Office, deputies re-opened a case involving the death of a 4-month-old girl in 2008.
Following an investigation that lasted several months, a grand jury indicted the baby's mother, 24-year-old Alicia Flamini and her former boyfriend, 28-year-old Colten Butler on charges of felony child abuse and neglect.
Wilda said deputies decided to reopen the case when they were alerted to concerns with another child that belongs to Flamini and Butler.
