NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - An unannounced visit by a probation and parole officer has led to the arrest of one of their clients on drug and weapons charges, according to police.
According to Chris Amos with the Norfolk Police Department, the officer entered the client's home, saw drug paraphernalia and called police late Wednesday morning.
Amos says police found drugs and some methampetamine-making materials at the home in the 4800 block of Windermere Avenue. The man, identified as Thomas R. Borsuk, was taken into custody.
