Man arrested for raping family member

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - A Portsmouth man has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting an 11-year-old family member.
According to Janice Clark with the Portsmouth Police Department, 35-year-old Victor Manuel Rodriquez was arrested Tuesday on charges of aggravated sexual battery and indecent liberties with a child.
