Hampton man arrested for embezzlement

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - A 25-year-old Hampton man was arrested July 20 on charges of embezzlement.
According to Cpl. Mary Shackelford with the Hampton Police Division, an investigation revealed a victim gave Kyle P. Adams money to provide a service they had both agreed upon, but he ended up not following through.
Adams has been charged with one count of embezzlement.
