Fraudulent card used at JC Penny

Authorities seeking suspect

YORK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) - The York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office is seeking information about a customer who they said opened a fraudulent credit card using a victim's personal information.

An unknown black female (pictured) opened a fraudulent credit card account in another nearby city on October 17, according to a news release from the York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office.

The next day, deputies said she used the card to charge over $500 worth of items at the JC Penny in the 500 block of Marquis Parkway.
