YORK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) - The York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating a woman who tried to pass off prescriptions on Sept. 28.
Lt. Dennis Ivey with the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office said an unknown white female entered the CVS located in the 700 block of Merrimac Trail and tried to fill prescriptions for Adderall and Oxycodone. She did not give the pharmacist her name or any identification and did not receive the medications.
The woman is described as being in her late 30s to early 40s and was wearing a black dress at the time of the incident.
Anyone with information as to the woman’s identity or her whereabouts is asked to call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
