Delivery driver robbed of pizzas

YORK COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) - Three men placed an order for pizza with the intention of robbing the delivery driver Thursday night, according to deputies.

Lt. Dennis Ivey with the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office said the robbery occurred in the 300 block of Harris Grove Lane in Yorktown around 10:45 p.m. Three suspects ordered two pizzas to be delivered to a place none of them live. Once the driver got out of the vehicle to make the delivery, the suspects robbed him of the pizzas and other undisclosed items.

After further investigation, deputies identified the suspects as Sven Christian Anderson, 20, of Yorktown, Bryant Cotton, 26, a homeless male and Joshua McNeal, 20, of Windsor. Ivey said all three were arrested and charged with robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery. Anderson was additionally charged with assault and battery and petit larceny.
