NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - Norfolk Police have arrested a man accused of robbing and shooting a person Monday.
According to Karen Parker-Chesson with the Norfolk Police Department, Linsey Williams, 19, of Norfolk has been charged with abduction-extort money or immoral purpose, robbery, felonious assault, three counts of use or display firearm in the commission of a felony, possess, transport firearms by convicted felons and conspiracy to commit felony.
On Monday, an adult male victim was threatened with a handgun, hit over the head with the weapon, demanded to give up his valuable items and was shot. His shoes were taken in the incident.
Detectives continue to investigate the robbery and shooting. Additional arrests are possible.
