Attempted drug possession arrest made

DARE COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) - Deputies say one man was arrested for attempted possession of cocaine in Dare County last week.
According to Chief Deputy Steve Hoggard with the Dare County Sheriff's Office, 46-year-old Scott Alan Ivanic of Kill Devil Hills was arrested Oct. 5 following a narctics investigation by the Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills police departments.
Ivanic was charged with attempted possession of cocaine and released on a $4,000 bail.
