DARE COUNTY, N.C. (WAVY) - Police say three individuals have been arrested on felony charges for breaking into a home and stealing guns.
According to J.D. Doughtie with the Dare County Sheriff's Office, a surveillance system filmed Robert Phillips, 19, Michael Church, 24, and Taylor Knieper, 19 allegedly stole guns and items from two boats while camping on an adjacent property.
Wayne was charged with breaking and entering, larceny, failure to appear in court warrants. Church was charged with breaking and entering, larceny, possession of a firearm by a felon and failure to appear in court warrant. Knieper was charged with accessory after the fact, a felony charge.
