Williamsburg hosts several job fairs

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WAVY) - Mark your calendar and get your resume ready. The Williamsburg Workforce Center is holding several job fairs in February for a variety of positions.

The first one is the Regional Veterans Career Day on Thursday, February 11. The job fair is sponsored by the Disabled American Veterans in partnership with the Virginia Employment Commission. The event is open to the general public.

One week later, on February 18, is the Williamsburg Clarion Hotel Job Fair. If you have always wanted to work in the hospitality industry, here is your opportunity! Representatives from the Clarion Hotel are looking to interview candidates for housekeeping, dishwasher, line cooks, restaurant workers, and banquet server positions ranging in pay from $6-$10 an hour.
