Langley hospital to temporarily close

HAMPTON, Va. (AP) - A hospital at Joint Base Langley-Eustis will close temporarily for construction.
United States Air Force Hospital Langley and its emergency room will close on Saturday. The entire facility will reopen on Sunday.
The Air Force says the construction is part of a larger project that's under way to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the facility.
The Air Force says people who need medical attention should make off-base arrangements or call 9-1-1 in case of an emergency.
