Landing craft beached ashore in Norfolk

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) - A Navy official says a landing craft was beached ashore in Norfolk Tuesday afternoon following engine failure.
According to Jim DiAngio, a spokesperson with the Navy, says the crew took precautions by beaching the boat, a Landing Craft Utility, and were in the process of returning it to Little Creek Wednesday.
