Baby's first haircut

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) - First steps and first words are just a few of the milestones for families with young children. Another one is baby's first haircut. It's something special for parents and the stylists at Pigtails and Crewcuts in Virginia Beach think so too. Owner Jessica Fullwood joined us on the show with some tips on that first haircut.
