Kecoughtan HS students wait to text

HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY) - Kecoughtan High School students took the W82TXT pledge on February 2. "Wait to text" is a plan and a pledge to stop people from texting while driving.

The goal is to get more than 150,000 drivers to give it up for good.
