VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - This week we sent our Kelly Gaita out to the beach. Tough job right?

We wanted to see if Kelly Can turn millions of little particles of sand into work of art.

With the help from 'Sandy Feet', an artist taking place in the Neptune Festival Sand Sculptor Challenge, Kelly put her skills to the test.
