Hampton Roads Hero: Marvin Smith

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WVBT) - Apostle Marvin Smith was nominated by his daughter JaMara Smith, to become Hampton Roads' Hero for creating programs for youth, mentoring young men and women, and providing a father figure in himself to those who do not have a father.  She simply said he has a heart for people and that he is Virginia's best kept secret
