Hampton Roads Hero: Cindy Fox

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WVBT) - Sarah Wooley nominated her friend Cindy Fox to be chosen as this week's Hampton Roads Hero.

Fox is the educational assistant in Wooley's classroom at Nelson Elementary in Newport News, Va.

In her nomination letter, Wooley had this to say about Cindy Fox, "She is creative and innovative and is always willing to share ideas. She works two jobs during the week and is the hardest working woman I know. She always puts the needs of our class in front of her own. She cares about my students, their needs, their successes and is capable of making this impact on all of us in 45 minutes a day."
