Hampton Roads Hero: Kelvin Lawrence

Norfolk, Va. (WVBT) -   Jazmine Price, nominated her dad, Kelvin Lawrence, because of his commitment to enriching the lives of youth through mentorship, coaching them in sports and to some being a surrogate father.  She says that he has six biological children but when you count the lives he has impacted he has thousands.
