Hampton Roads Hero: Joe Barnes

NORFOLK, Va. (WVBT) - Andrea' Porter nominated her friend Joe Barnes because of his passion to help out those who are less fortunate, homeless,displaced, imprisoned and those transitioning from prison.  Joe does this as he battles cancer and impaired vision as a debt he feels he owes to God for saving his life.
