Hampton Roads Hero: April Achesinski

Norfolk, Va. (WVBT) -  Jeff Achesinski, nominated his wife April Achesinski because of her commitment to the Kempsville Volunteer Rescue Squad in Virginia Beach for the last 13 years.  She has been instrumental in saving many lives and training others to do so.  It is a 24 hour job that she is always on call for, but considers it her obligation to her community.
