Financial Matters: Grants for teachers

PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WVBT) - Summer is almost over and that means it's time to get ready to head back to school.
Some of those teachers could probably use some financial help!
Monte Crowl, VP of Marketing came on the show to tell us about a great program for teachers at BayPort Credit Union.

It's a Teacher Grant Program designed to fund innovative financial literacy programs for school children.
BayPort is offering 25 grants valued up to $300 each available for the 2010-2011 school year.
