What's Your Problem? Lyme Disease

PORTSMOUTH, Va. - With the warmer weather here, you'll hear the usual warnings about sunscreen and staying hydrated.

One local organization is also urging you to put on the bug spray.
Kimmie Carroll was near death twice after being bitten by a tick more than ten years ago, and she is calling on all of us to get educated about lyme disease.
She had quite a bit to talk about when we asked her, "What's Your Problem?"

The Hampton Roads Chapter of the National Capital Lyme and Tick-borne Disease Association will have its first-ever Walk to Defeat Lyme Disease and Family Picnic starting at 8:30 a.m. on May 21, 2011 at Mount Trashmore Park in Virginia Beach.
