What's Your Problem? Interactive Dance

NORFOLK, Va. (WVBT) - Walk into any dance class in Hampton Roads and you'll see students of all abilities, stretching and moving to the music. Cheryl tan asked one Chesapeake grandmother, "What's your problem?" This determined woman came up with a solution that has brought an entire community of special needs children together.
