What's Your Problem?

PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Got a problem?

The Portsmouth Humane Society came to us for a solution!

It is in operation right now in a cramped building off Frederick Boulevard in Portsmouth.  But they still need to raise money in order to start construction on a new building in a brand new location.
We're tackling the issue in this edition of  "What's Your Problem?"

The new location is at 402 Seaboard Court in Portsmouth off Greenwood Drive.
