Recipe from Fat Bruce's Bakery & Eating Kitchen.
5 oz spring mixed greens
2 oz diced fresh roasted turkey breast
1/2 fresh apple, cored and diced
1/8 cup dried cranberries
1/8 cup toasted chopped pecans
1/8 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
1 thin slice of red onion, halved to form strips
Place greens in 3 quart bowl. Top with the rest of ingredients. Serve with either balsamic or raspberry vinaigrette. Serves one.
