Trick-or-Treat Times in Hampton Roads

Just when should you send your little ones out, or get your house ready for a steady stream of ghouls and goblins?  The information for trick-or-treating on October 31st is below:

Chesapeake, Yorktown, Suffolk, Williamsburg/JCC
Official trick-or-treat time in all cities is 6-8 p.m. All children should be off the street by 8 p.m. Trick-or-Treating is reserved for children aged 12 and under.

Portsmouth, Hampton, Norfolk, Virginia Beach
Official trick-or-treat time in all cities is dusk to 8 p.m. All children should be off the street by 8 p.m. Trick-or-Treating is reserved for children aged 12 and under.

Newport News
Official trick-or-treat time is 5-8 p.m. All children should be off the street by 8 p.m. Trick-or-Treating is reserved for children aged 13 and under.
